1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using KamilCoach's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. SMS Program Terms
Our SMS program is registered and compliant with A2P 10DLC requirements. By opting into our SMS program, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing messages, productivity tips, and coaching reminders at the phone number provided. The following terms apply:
- Message Frequency: Two (2) messages per day, sent between 9 AM - 11 AM and 3 PM - 5 PM EST
- Message Types: Marketing messages, promotional content, productivity tips, coaching reminders, and program updates
- Messaging Costs: Message and data rates may apply as charged by your wireless carrier. We do not charge for the service.
- Supported Carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, MetroPCS, and most other U.S. carriers
- Opt-Out Instructions: Text STOP to cancel messages at any time
- Help Instructions: Text HELP for customer support information
- Program Options: You can opt-out of promotional messages while continuing to receive essential service messages
- Messaging System: Messages are sent using an automatic telephone dialing system
- Purchase Requirement: Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase
- Message Delivery: Neither we nor the participating carriers guarantee message delivery
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation message when you opt-in
- Number Changes: You agree to notify us of any changes to your mobile number
- Age Requirement: You confirm you are 18 years or older

Program Registration & Compliance
This program is registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR) and complies with all A2P 10DLC requirements. We maintain active registrations with wireless carriers and follow industry best practices for message delivery and opt-out processing.
By participating in the program, you represent that:
- You are the account holder or have authorization from the account holder to enroll in the program
- You have the legal capacity to agree to these terms
- You understand and agree to the message frequency and associated carrier charges
- You will notify us immediately if your enrolled number is reassigned or no longer in your possession
3. Services
KamilCoach provides productivity coaching services through various channels, including but not limited to one-on-one coaching sessions, digital resources, and SMS communications.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is required in advance for all coaching services. Prices are subject to change with notice. Refunds are available as specified in our refund policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and methodologies provided as part of our services are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of KamilCoach.
6. Limitation of Liability
KamilCoach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our website.
